To obtain an airport gate FOB, an application must first be completed by clicking on the button below.

Sheboygan Flying Club members must add the name of their flight instructor or other authorized signatory to the application. After the application has been submitted and approved, you may obtain the FOB at either the FBO front desk or from Airport Management during the FBO’s normal business hours.

GA pilots and all other access requests must receive authorization from Airport Management (920.467.8052) before picking up a FOB.

Cost: $15 plus tax payable by credit/debit only
